Summary of duties:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
  • Planning and review of audit files for small and medium-sized clients.
  • The supervision of audit staff.

Requirements

QualificationS/Experience:
 
  • Completed ACCA level three (3) examinations, CPA examinations, or a Masters in Accounting.
  • Minimum of six (6) years experience in auditing, with at least two (2) in a managerial position.
  • Extensive background in Accounting, International Financial Reporting Standards, and International Auditing Standards.
Critical Skills:
  • Ability to monitor, motivate, and guide audit staff effectively.
  • Effective people management and strong team development capabilities
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of the ACCPAC accounting package would be an advantage.
  • Must own and operate a motor vehicle.
