Q. Should a holiday worker pay Income Tax at the end of the period and file a return?
Yes, once the pay has exceeded the tax free income. However, this person may be entitled to a refund at the end of the year, and must be given a P45 at the end of the period and file a return at the end of the year, using forms IT05 and P22.
